យុវជនកម្ពុជាយើងពិតជាពេញចិត្តណាស់ចំពោះការអភិវឌ្ឍដែលយើងមានសព្វថ្ងៃនេះ។​ ក៍ប៉ុន្តែ តើយើងដែលចាប់អារម្មណ៍ទេថា ការអភិវឌ្ឍទាំងនេះប្រកបទៅដោយចីរភាព?

ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាព សម្តៅជាធម្មតាទៅលើការការរីកចម្រើនលើវិស័យនានា ដែលជាប្រយោជន៍ដល់មនុស្សជាតិ ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវធ្វើដោយជាក់ច្បាស់ថាប្រយោជន៍ទាំងនេះនឹងមិនប៉ះពាល់អាក្រក់ដល់ជីវិតរបស់អ្នកជំនាន់ក្រោយនោះទេ។​

កាលពីថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី២២ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០១៩ ក្រុមយុវទូតស័្មគ្រចិត្ត​ និង អង្គការ CCC បានរៀបចំសន្និសីទយុវជនស្តីពីគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ដែលទទួលបានការចូលរួមពីយុវជនច្រើនជាង១៥០នាក់ ដើម្បីរៀន និងពិភាក្សាលើប្រធានបទមួយនេះ។

តើអ្វីជាគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព​?

គោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព (SDGs) គឺជារបៀបវីរៈដែលអនុម័តដោយអ្នកដឹកនាំពិភពលោក ដើម្បីមនុស្សជាតិ និងភពផែនដី ឱ្យសម្រេចបានត្រឹមឆ្នាំ២០៣០។ ជាលក្ខណៈសាកល គោលដៅសរុមមានចំនួន១៧​ តែកម្ពុជាមានគោលដៅលើសមួយគឺ ការបោសសម្អាតមីន សំណល់ជាតិផ្ទុះពីសង្រ្គាម និងការសង្គ្រោះជនរងគ្រោះ។

តើយុវជនមានតួនាទីយ៉ាងណាដើម្បីជួយសម្រេចបាននៅគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព?​

យោងទៅតាមវាគ្មិនក្នុងការពិភាក្សាតុមូល ​​​ យុវជនមានតួនាទី៖

• យល់ដឹង ផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងចូលរួមអនុវត្តគោលដៅទាំងនោះ
• គាំទ្រសកម្មភាពរបស់យុវជនដទៃទៀត 
• ចេះស្វែងរកបញ្ហាដែលកើតឡើង ជជែកពិភាក្សា និងរកដំណោះស្រាយ
• ដាស់តឿនរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអង្គការសង្គមស៊ីវិល ចំពោះការអនុវត្តគោលដៅ…

លើសពីនេះជាគំនិតផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន យុវជននីមួយៗមានទស្សនៈ ឆន្ទៈ ចំណេះដឹង និងសមត្ថភាពខុសៗពីគ្នា។ ដូចនេះយុវជនម្នាក់ៗគួរតែរកឱ្យឃើញ និងជ្រើសរើសគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍យ៉ាងហោចណាស់មួយ ដែលសមស្របតាមលក្ខណៈរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តថាចូលរួមសម្រេចគោលដៅនោះតាមដែលអាចធ្វើបាន។

ការធ្វើបែបនេះនឹងធ្វើឱ្យយុវជនម្នាក់ៗចូលរួមសម្រេចគោលដៅ ដោយភាពពេញចិត្តរបស់ខ្លួន ហើយមានគោលដៅអនុវត្តច្បាស់លាស់ តែមិនមែនមានន័យថា យើងមិនគួរចូលរួមសម្រេចគោលដៅដទៃទៀត ដែលអាចដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈមរបស់សហគមន៍យើងនោះទេ។

ក៍ប៉ុន្តែ យុវជនមិនគួរសម្រេចថានឹងចូលរួមសម្រេចគោលដៅណាមួយ​ លុះត្រាតែមានចំណេះដឹងខ្លាំងទៅលើគោលដៅមួយនោះទេ ពីព្រោះការជ្រើសរើសគោលដៅដែលយើងស្រលាញ់ ក៍នឹងផ្តល់ចំណេះដឹងនៅក្នុងផ្នែកនោះមកឱ្យយើងដែរ។​ នេះមានន័យថា យើងអាចអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាព និងចំណេះដឹងរបស់យើងតាមរយៈការរៀនសូត្រ និងចូលរួមសកម្មភាពនានាដែលទាក់ទងនឹងគោលដៅមួយនោះ។

ដូចច្នេះនៅចាំអីទៀត? ភ្ជាប់ខ្លួនអ្នកទៅនឹងគោលដៅអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាព ដើម្បីភាពប្រសើរឡើងនៃជិវិតខ្លួនយើង និងកូនចៅជំនាន់ក្រោយ!!!

Youth on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Cambodian youth are delighted to see the development we are having now. However, are we concerned about whether the development is done with sustainability? 

Sustainable development simply refers to any improvement in any sector, which benefits humanity, but making sure that the development sustains or does not have bad impacts on the lives of next generation.   

On 22th September 2019, Volunteer Youth Ambassadors​ and CCC organized Cambodia Youth Conference on Sustainable Development Goals, a platform where youth more than 150 could learn and discuss on this particular topic.

What are Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)?

Sustainable Development Goals are an agenda adopted by world leaders, in order to prosper the lives of humanity and the planet, which is to achieve by 2030. The world goals consist of 17, but Cambodia has adopted additional one on Mine Cleaning and Victim Protection.

What are the roles of youth to achieve SDGs? 

According to panel discussion, to achieve SDGs youth should:

• Understand, spread awareness and contribute to implementation of SDGs,
• Support other youth’s good activities,  
• Figure out current problems, debate and find solutions, and 
• Observe and alert the government or NGOs to implement the goals…

Moreover and as personal opinion, each youth has different perspectives, determination, knowledge and abilities. Thus, he or she should find and choose at least one particular goal which is aligned with those points. By doing that, the youth can participate in implementation the goal about which he or she is passionate and it is easy to set his or her own goals. However, it does not mean that we should not contribute to other goals, especially when they are concerned and relevant to solve our community’s problems.   

In any way, the youth should not​ wait to decide to choose any goal only until they have ENOUGH expertise on it because choosing at least a particular goal will definitely give us knowledge later when learn more and participate in any activities related to the goal(s).
